3% fee for Credit Card Payments (*fee will be debited from "refundable security fee")
To reserve your date and time slot, a 50% payment of the invoice total is required within 24 hours of the invoice being issued. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, the system will automatically cancel the invoice. If the invoice is canceled and you are still interested, please contact us to request a new invoice when you are ready to make the payment.Your date and time slot will be confirmed once the deposit is received. Please note that we cannot hold dates without the required 50% payment.
Balance is due 5 days prior to the event if paying with Credit Card. If Paying Balance in cash on event date please have exact amount. -

While our facility is primarily for children aged 5 years and under, it is open to all ages for private events. Guests can join in the play area and interact with the little ones, but they must adhere to the same rules by removing their shoes and wearing socks.
Up to 48 Guest Max this number include adults and kids -
4 Tables to sit 38 Adults or kids (6ft tables) we can add 4 additional chairs on the side. 1 table to sit 10 kids (4ft table) 1 Cake Table (4ft long) 1 Gift Table (4ft long) 2 Food Tables (4ft long & 6ft long) **Tablecloth's available to add on $18 per tablecloth, you may bring in your own table covers.
Play area will consist of: Play Structure Ball Pit 1 Ride Rocking Animals SeeSaw *Please know play pretend stations will not be set up for private event's.
Our Staff will maintain cleanliness of restrooms, trash cans and take out trash, sweep, and mop if needed during the event and final sweeping and mopping after the event.

Yes, you may bring in your own food and drinks. Catering allowed. No cooking on premises, all food must be completely cooked. Fridge & Freezer Access Outside vendors must get approval from Lil Munchkins Indoor Playground

Please know we will have tables and chairs ready at your desire start time.
You will be allowed 1 Hour before event start time for set up and 30 minutes after event end time for clean up. Please keep in mind and considered adding more service hours if you have balloon, sweets buffet table, churro cart or any other vendor who requires more than an hour to set-up. Everyone must be out of the facility by the event end time, if additional time is needed and there is availability you may add more time. All food, drinks, decor, and any other items you brought in, including vendor rentals, balloons, must be removed by the end of the cleanup hour. -
